Romec & CWU Efficiency and Enterprise Agreement - Ballot Result
Members will be aware that intensive talks have taken place between the CWU and Romec in an effort to resolve the Romec engineering dispute. The subsequent agreement was endorsed by the PEC in document 166/2011 at their statutory meeting dated 24th August 2011. Set out below is the individual member ballot result for the Romec and CWU Efficiency and Enterprise agreement:

Discipline Interview Representation
Members are reminded that when facing any discipline interview or poor performance/attendance with management they are entitled to a union rep being present. That can only happen however, if you tell us! We have found a number of members who, for whatever reason, only tell us about such an interview after the event. We can only provide representation when we know you need it, management won't tell us, it's up to you!
